Disruptive Technology Associates, Ltd. is looking to grow our team of highly skilled people with the addition of a part-time Software Engineering intern. This position will support the development, testing and fielding of state-of-the-art communications and computational systems.

Disruptive Tech is a small business with offices in Phoenix, Arizona. We serve our customers with novel, innovative solutions that advance the state of the art.

Responsibilities

The position involves software development of state of the art software related to text and speech processing.  Please see the position requirements below for a list of applicable skills.

Profile

Because of the export controls placed upon these projects, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.

This position requires:

• A solid educational background in software engineering.
• Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering with the completion of at least 2 years of a 4 year degree program (at or approximately a Junior in class standing).
• Requires US Citizenship or permanent residency for export control reasons

Any of the following skills are considers pluses:

• Experience with full lifecycle software development
• Experience with development of text or speech processing applications
• Experience with HTML and web site development
• Live in or near Ahwatukee in southern Phoenix, AZ
