Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment (pre-screening, interviews for both internal and external hires within various industries; Defense, Aerospace, Naval, Oil/Gas, Railway, Healthcare, Automotive, IT)
  • Developing a strong network of talent by building relations with candidates as well as maintaining a candidate database
  • Negotiation of commercial terms with candidates
  • Gathering of required documents of new hires to initiate on boarding process (visa, offer letters etc.)
  • Conduct and schedule phone, live or digital interviews
  • Prepare and update job descriptions as per roles and requirements
  • Review applications and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
  • Having an updated knowledge of GCC Labour Laws and immigration policies to ensure Visa Compliance and HR & Recruitment processes run smoothly (not mandatory)

Profile

  • Master’s degree (Business School with HR specialty is preferred)
  • 1st internship in HR / recruitment
  • Multi-task, proactive person full of energy
  • Good Team Player
  • Good written and spoken skills in English
