As we are growing our activities in Czech Republic, we are looking for two Junior General Computing Technicians, who will join our amazing team and work on a hybrid working style from Brno, Prague, or the nearby area. We are offering a full time permanent employment contract, with excellent working conditions and great opportunities for career progress and development.

Responsibilities

  • Management of requests and incidents through a tracking tool
  • Take into account internal customer tickets and contribute to the resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Write technical notes in the knowledge base, under the direct supervisor’s control
  • Complete documentation, in the “tracking” tool, of the work done before transfer to another support line if a solution cannot be found
  • Provide technical assistance

Profile

Techincal skills:

  • General knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
  • General knowledge of office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 administration environment
  • Working knowledge of incident tracking tools
  • ITIL Certification
  • Microsoft certification or equivalent

  • Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously

Knowledge and experience:

  • Technical Diploma (120 ECTS Credits) in the field of computing or ICT
  • Experience : 1 year
  • English : B2 level
