Join our dynamic team as a Bid Manager at our Serco Office in Frascati, Italy or in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the European Bid Team, collaborating with diverse bid teams across the Business Unit. Based in Italy or Spain, you’ll also work closely with teams in Belgium, Germany, France, Holland, Switzerland, and beyond.
This role is crucial in positioning the company for success by securing valuable business opportunities and contributing to its growth. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with Business Development (BD) and bid teams, ensuring proper resourcing, implementing strong governance, and actively participating in crafting winning bids.
Operating on a project basis, this role spans all geographies and disciplines within the Europe Business Unit as required. Join us and be a driving force in our exciting projects and initiatives.
