Rocket Lab is in the process of developing a brand new state of the art Propulsion Test Facility on a 1.5 hectare site, 45 minutes south of Auckland. This new complex will house Rocket Lab’s propulsion testing team who carry out rocket engine, stage and engine component testing. Currently all propulsion testing is undertaken on separate sites and this will bring them all together in the one location for the first time, with this development now well underway we have an opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to join the team in the position of Propulsion Test Complex Manager.
As Propulsion Test Complex Manager you will be responsible for the complex, it’s staff, operations and stakeholder management, this position is vital to the success of Rocket Lab’s Propulsion testing program and requires an individual with a strong background in facility management, resource planning, operations together with a proven ability to be an effective leader capable of managing and motivating a high skilled team ensuring all deliverables are met.
