Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Data Administrator is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Master Data related to the Manufacturing bill of materials. The master data is extremely critical to the industrial operations of Rocket Lab Production and to be effective, the Manufacturing Data Administrator must learn the launch vehicle by understanding the systems and components that it takes to build them and how they are configured for a project specific flight.

Profile

• Comfortable working to exacting deadlines
• Experience in a data heavy role, data administration, insights or analysis
• Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent MS Office skills and communication, particularly Excel. Working knowledge of advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables
• Understanding of supply chain and MRP processes
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• A keen eye for detail, process and quality orientation.
• Highly diligent

• Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
