Responsibilities

Launching a rocket and operating satellites requires a symphony of multiple teams, multiple sites, and multiple complex systems working together towards mission success. Operations software helps bring this orchestra together by providing operators with timely, accurate and beautiful presentation of control and system states. Rocket Lab is seeking an Operations Software Engineer who will be responsible for creation, maintenance and support of components, functions or services in support of operations of the Electron launch vehicle and Photon spacecraft.

Profile

• Tertiary Diploma, Certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a related field
• Experience with Git
• Experience with one of: Redmine, Jira, or other issue tracker
• C# or GolangDevelopment
• DesktopApplication Development
• Ethernet Network Protocols
