On behalf of our team, we are looking to hire Digital recruitment marketing and social media executive who will assist in advancing our talent acquisition marketing strategy. The selected candidate will help to communicate our employment brand, career opportunities and services through communication and applicant engagement via social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, brainstorming and implementing comprehensive social media plans to increase talent acquisition and our recruitment services awareness
  • Support our recruitment team in executing digital recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality applicants
  • Produce high quality, engaging social media posts
  • Publish daily posts  on all social media platforms including but not limited to job adverts, sharing recruitment blog links, recruitment services updates.
  • Assist in the development of a social media content calendar
  • Ensure all recruitment marketing requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing materials
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment outreach
  • Identify advertising channels that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Research new channels and ways for addressing recruitment challenges

Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.

Experience

  • 1-2 years Digital Marketing experience
  • Good editing and proof-reading skills
  • Excellent writing skills and a creative visual eye
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
  • Previous experience of generating in-bound leads
  • Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite
  • Fluency with social channels including LinkedIn
  • Photography or graphic design experience, a plus
  • A strong initiative with the ability to drive creative ideas.
  • Avid and passionate social media user.
  • Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
  • Excellent team member
  • Preference experience within recruitment agency a plus but not essential
