Aeronautical Engineering is the research, development, construction and testing of aircraft technology. Nowadays, Aeronautical Engineering studies have mostly been absorbed by Aerospace Engineering studies. Studying the aerodynamics performance of aircraft is an important factor in launching vehicles in outer space. The term Aeronautical is less used then Aerospace, while the definition is starting to overlap. The term changed when more aircraft vehicles started operating in outer space.
To work in this field you will need to do an Engineering study. A few institutes still teach Aeronautical Engineering while many have implemented it within the Aerospace Engineering course. Aeronautical engineering courses and degrees are related to the science of aircraft technology. Within these aircraft sciences you will deal with all facets of Aeronautical engineering ranging from theory to practice and researching to testing.
