Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a TA Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to join NATO – NCIA in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Supporting a team of internationally located recruiters the TA Sourcer will build source, screen and present diverse candidate pipelines that exceed customer requirements

• Balancing high volume high applications recruitment campaigns with unique searches across a breadth of technology and non-technology domains
• Sourcing and Screening of candidates for technical and non-technical roles at all levels
• Define, implement and evolve different sourcing strategies for different businesses, geographies and talent segments, including experienced, graduate and high-volume cyclical recruitment
• Facilitate panel interviews ensuring fair and equal process for all candidates undertaking final assessment whilst ensuring all documentation meets required standards

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Previous experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of Technology and non-technology roles for both hard skills and cultural qualities is needed
• Proven ability to build and implement successful sourcing plans to identify and engage talent across a wide variety of roles
• Strong influencing skills, ability to challenge the status-quo and direct senior stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Comfortable leading panel interviews and writing interview reports
• Confident in challenging the business if needed on assessments and candidate ratings
• Excellent time management skills and proven success in managing concurrent searches and projects
• An ability to learn quickly and an ability to adapt to change
• Ability to assess prospective talent beyond matching keywords
• Language Proficiency: A thorough knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential

Desirable:

• Proficient with the use of Taleo and HireVue
• Experience working in an international environment
