Sapienza Consulting is recruiting TT+ Support for CES IAS to join NATO-NCIA at Mons, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tasker Tracker+ instances across NATO networks
• Troubleshoot issues related to implemented TT+ applications
• ITSM Service Request and Incident Management Fulfilment across related networks of NATO
• Installation & rollout support of TT+ if required
• Migration of demanded TT+ (Tasker Tracker+) applications
• Creation of PowerShell Scripts
• Designing medium and large enterprise SharePoint environments, to accommodate TT+ application
• Creation of technical and user guides and documentations and doing Quality assurance with related staff
• Attending Sprint Planning meetings with internal staff and customers
• Support in improving TT+ Application
• Active Directory Federation Services and Claims provider support, related to TT+ Application
• Support in replication activities of TT+ Application
• Improving and supporting search engine of TT+ Application
• Meetings / Presentation and Demonstration management
• Assist Service Delivery Managers/Service Area Owner to prepare presentations and demonstrations, related to TT+ application.
• Assist Change Coordinator during Approved Service Interruptions process on TT+ related interruptions. .
• Track ITSM reports and liaise with responsible Service Delivery Manager
• Act as Document Controller to guarantee completeness (i.e. checking that every document has been produced), quality (i.e. checking formatting and compliance with templates) and archival (i.e. checking that every document has been archived in right place) of documents produced by IAS
• Maintenance of existing documentations and adjustments, during whole lifecycle of product.
• Creating of PowerPoint slides

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• For this consultancy we are looking for experienced TT+ Support incumbent who can be productive from the start and who has proven knowledge and experience of Tasker Tracker Application
• Both oral and written communication in this job are conducted in English. The consultant shall be fluent in English corresponding to standard 3333 (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
• Higher secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to formal or professional certification with three-year function related experience OR secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to professional qualification or professional accreditation with five years of post-related experience
• TT+ Training Certificate
• Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016 proficiency
• Knowledge in SQL servers and Network technologies
• Knowledge on Virtual machines technologies
• SME in Tasker Tracker Enterprise and Tasker Tracker+ applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document and communicate across teams
• Ability to work in a team and share knowledge
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
