Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a ITSM/CMDB Engineer to work at NATO NCIA in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

Candidate will perform duties such as the following:

• Installation, implementation and support of BMC ITSM Suite and Smart-IT
• Provide third level support on BMC Atrium CMDB

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• University Degree in Computer Science, preferably a Master Degree, or closely related engineering field, and at least 8 years related experience
• At least 5 years of working experience in BMC ITSM Suite Administration
• Experience in BMC AR System, BMC ITSM v9-20x, DWP Catalog, Smart Reporting
• Experience in BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Atrium Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Core Technologies
• Experience in BMC TrueSight, AI, TSO
• At least 2 years of working experience in reporting infrastructure and dashboards management;
• Knowledge of IT Service Management through completion of formal certification in ITIL4 at Foundation level or higher
• DB experience with MSSQL, including performance tuning
• Experience in architecture design
• Experience in BMC Dashboard / Analytics and BMC Optimisation
• Knowledge of OS: Windows Server 2xxx, Linux, Cloud Services
• Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); the work, both oral and written, is conducted in English
